My favorite thing about Jiujitsu is the endless combinations and moves to learn, it’s so satisfying to be able to engage my body and my mind at the same time. That sense of pride and joy after successfully making a move I’ve been practicing against a resisting skilled opponent its incredible.
Is also the most entertaining way l've found to stay in shape by far. Yes, it can be physically demanding, but it motivates me to prioritize self-care.
